If you have questions or feedback on an interpreter, please contact our Scheduling Department immediately at scheduling@libertylanguageservices.com. Please provide your name and company name, then the name of the interpreter and the date and time of the assignment.
If you have questions or feedback on a translation, please alert our Translations Department and your Account Manager right away. The Translations Team should be contacted by email at translations@libertylanguageservices.com. If you have any feedback or preferences on a completed translation, please provide specific, written detail. Preferably, this feedback should be shared with tracked changes so all preferences can be easily identified. Your preferences will be saved for future translations.
